Dr. Douglas Ouma is an accomplished International Development Professional and Environmental Management specialist, who mobilizes professionals in Africa and beyond to identify and nurture talents as well as equip young people with skills, knowledge and success mindsets to transform Africa, deliver prosperity and happiness in a single generation. He has more than 27 years’ experience in Systems Diagnosis and Design, Organizational Development and Institutional Strengthening, Process Facilitation, Training, Leadership Development and Management, Coaching and Mentoring, Project Management, Action Research and Environmental Management. Douglas, formerly, Senior Programme Officer at Pact Inc and Pact Kenya (International Development Organizations) designed, implemented and provided technical assistance on capacity development programmes in sub-Saharan Africa (organizational capacity assessment and Institutional Strengthening Plans Development, developed training materials/manuals, delivered trainings, managed multiple programmes across many African countries, facilitated strategic planning sessions, facilitated resource mobilization strategy workshops, conducted program/project monitoring, evaluation and reporting (ME&R) and mentored/coached organizations in implementing organizational changes and individuals on career development and personal effectiveness.
