AU-AUDA NEPAD/FARA - Common African Agro-Parks (CAAPs)

Retouch Africa International played a crucial role in organizing and documenting the Inaugural Coordination Meeting of Regional Economic Communities for the implementation of Common African Agro-Parks (CAAPs). Held in October 2023, this meeting brought together key stakeholders to explore agro-industrialization as a transformative path for African agriculture. During the 3rd Intra-Africa Trade Fair in Cairo, Egypt (November 9-15, 2023), RAI facilitated discussions for the African Union Commission and Afreximbank-AfCFTA Secretariat, focusing on maximizing Africa’s agro-industrialization opportunities, investment potentials, and alignment with the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) objectives.
